Rules of Membership & Policies and Procedures
Bournemouth East Allotment Society Ltd (BEAS) has two 'rule' books which set out the standards which all members must abide by. They include those things set out by our landlord in the lease agreement (non-negotiable) and also the rules and standards that have been set by the membership themselves. Any recommendations for change must be agreed at an Annual General Meeting.
New members are provided with both these booklets when they become a member. Exisiting tenants should check whether they have the latest edition.
